1. InsurBox Update
Data for this week: Weekly Active User: 96.4 thousand, Daily Active User: 56 thousand, Hashpower: 314.46 million.

InsurWallet V1.6.1 has added transfer functions among multiple accounts and it has been opened to all users.

InsurBox has been formally under development.

InsurBox is an important channel for individual users to access to insurance products. Except for wallet functions, it will gradually add functions like policy paper management, data-on-chain, decentralized apps and insurance markets etc.

InsurBox will embed an account management system where users can create account, withdraw and deposit tokens etc. Users can also authorize the system to gain access to user data and put user data on the chain.

InsurBox includes modules for decentralized applications and will provide access to all kinds of InsurChain apps. We will also develop partnership with insurers to offer traditional insurance products and policy information will be recorded on the chain.

2. INSUR starts trading in DigiFinex

INSUR started trading in DigiFinex on May 28th, users can now trade INSUR/ETH.

3. SegmentFault Hackthon Hangzhou

SegmentFault has held a successful Hackthon event in Hangzhou this weekend, from June 2nd to 3rd. SegmentFault is one of the largest online community for young developers and has over 2 million registered users. SegmentFault team has been holding more than 50 hackthons in major cities in China, Singapore and Silicon Valley. This year’s topic is blockchain and has held events in Beijing, Hangzhou and Guangzhou etc.

InsurChain is a strategic partner with SegmentFault and will cooperate on the building of InsurChain developer community and promote InsurChain to a better future. In the meantime, InsurChain will start online activities with SegmentFault such as Hackthon, sharing session etc.

Yang Xuan, head of China for InsurChain attended the Hackthon on weekend as a mentor and has offered professional guide to contenders.

Market & Community

1. Community Partners Project

Community Partners Project is a long-term project to improve InsurChain community. If you are interested in participating, you can add InsurChain customer assistant to ask for more information. Each group leader will be rewarded with INSUR if he delivers contributions.

We have added a few adjustments to the rules.

Senior & Junior Group leaders: Senior group leaders can recommend new users as junior group leaders. The new ones will be invited in a Wechat group called Junior Group Leader Camp. Senior group leader will be awarded when the recommended one is approved.

Responsibilities for group leaders:
*Create a group in Wechat or QQ
*Expand the group and report feedbacks from group members
*Introduce InsurChain for group members
*Keep the community active

Group leader will be awarded every month according to performances such as user amount, activity etc.

2. Market

Last week, the trading volumes of INSUR reached 2.262 billion and 323 million daily trade. Among all the trading, the trading volume of INSUR/BTC, INSUR/ETH and INSUR/USDT on OKEx reached 159, 111 and 52 million respectively.
